PURPOSE:	The purpose of this document is to provide a step by step process on how to connect to the New Sterilmed Customer Portal for the first time.
1. Connect to www.sterilmed.com web site. 2. Click on the “Customers” dropdown and then click on the “Reprocessing” option. Some or all of steps 3 through 10 may or may not occur the first time you connect to the Customer Portal depending on your browser security settings. These steps will not be required for subsequent connections.
3. Check the “Don’t show me this message again” check box. 4. Click the Yes button. The “Security Alert” dialog may display depending on your browser security settings. This dialog will only occur the first time you log in.
5. Check the “Trust this site:” box. 6. Select the “Always” option. 7. Click on the “Trust” button. Depending on your browser security settings you may have to enable the ability for your system to install the portal login components. If you do not see this message, continue with step 11.

8. Click on the ribbon bar at the top of the browser and select Install active components. The “Internet Explorer - Security Warning” dialog box may open depending on your browsers security settings.
9. Click the “Install” button.

10. Click on the “Continue with LIMITED functionality” button. The “Customer Portal Login” Dialog box will display.
11. Enter your User Name. 12. Enter your Password. 13. Click on the “Submit” button. The Customer Portal site will be displayed.
