Device Collections

Multiple bin and collection options are available, based on types and volume of devices your hospital collects. Our Field team and shipping partners will work with your staff to decide the optimal bin locations, and collections schedule, for your facility.

We will also help with the most important piece of the collections puzzle; training your staff on which devices to collect and where to place them post-procedure.

Our simple, yet effective, collection, packaging and shipping protocols ensure the maximum number of devices are returned in a condition suitable for reprocessing. In calendar year 2016 alone, nearly 7,000,000 devices arrived at our Receiving facility, shipped from facilities across the US and Canada.2 We will work with your staff to maximize collections, so you can maximize your savings through reprocessing.

Maximize reuse

Everyone is busy. And new initiatives can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our team will work with you to create a device collection plan that doesn’t disrupt your existing workflow or make unreasonable demands of your staff.

Inventory management is the crucial link between collecting devices and reuse. You choose the product ordering system that works best for your facility, including distribution and electronic data interface options. If you have questions, we can help you determine the best way to get products in the door and on your shelves.

Ongoing support is a key component of any successful program. Our team will work with your clinicians to ensure they have the facts about reprocessed single-use devices.

Reprocessing devices helps reduce your facility’s environmental footprint. We provide customized reports regarding your facility’s progress toward savings and environmental goals, to engage and inspire staff to maximize your reprocessing program.

Maximize Cost Savings

The numbers tell the story. Reprocessing can help deliver significant results for customers who are committed to building their programs.
